region by car or bike. Marvel at the sights of over
one hundred balloons taking flight during the nearby
Adirondack Hot Air Balloon Festival. Ride in an
authentic horse drawn sleigh and discover an old-fashioned
winter at our Lake
Luzerne Winter Carnival. We also offer
more contemporary means of travel with miles and miles of
snowmobile trails. Cross-country and downhill skiing
are minutes away. Ice fishing, sledding, and skating
are all part of a winter experience in our region... and
